Our wastewater treatment meets foundational, progressive and aspirational levels of ZDHC guidelines, with no harmful substances detected.

1. About Color Difference

Our product images are authentically photographed. However, due to factors such as lighting conditions, monitor color deviations, and individual perceptions of color differences, the product images displayed on your computer screen may differ slightly from the actual physical product. For bulk orders, we recommend requesting samples first.

Hand-measured dimensions may have a deviation of 1-3cm, which is generally more rather than less. If this variation is a concern for you, please consider this carefully before purchasing.

We recommend requesting physical swatches or lab dips (color samples) based on your Pantone or color reference. Final color approval is required before bulk production to minimize discrepancies.

7.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by fabric type and customizations. For standard stock fabrics, MOQs start at 50–100 meters. For custom dyed or printed fabrics, MOQs typically start at 500–1000 meters.

8.Can I place a custom order with specific designs or colors?

Absolutely. We accept custom dyeing, printing, and finishing based on your artwork, Pantone codes, or reference samples. A lead time of 2–4 weeks applies for custom production.

9.How long does production take?

For stock fabrics, delivery is usually within 7–15 days. For custom orders, production lead times range from 20–45 days, depending on complexity and quantity.

10.Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes. Our sales team will provide regular updates on production status, and you can request inspection photos or arrange a third-party quality check before shipment.
